I. McKinley, CEO
Ryan originally from Lancaster, Pennsylvania, holds a
Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Lebanon Valley College. In addition
he holds his Pennsylvania Salesperson License. He has over ten years of senior
management and sales experience. His background has enabled him to develop business
projects from conception through construction to profitability. Ryan's education,
coupled with his actual "hands on" experience of investing in real estate, makes
him a qualified leader of real estate investment, development, construction, and
brokerage services. Ryan is also an experienced owner and manager of commercial
real estate. In addition, he has helped many local business owners and investors
with investing, developing, building, buying, selling and leasing their properties
and businesses. Ryan's network of professional partners continually provides guidance
assuring proper financial preparation, insurance coverage, and legal advice. Ryan

Steve originally from Michigan, holds a Bachelor of Science
in Accounting from the University of Baltimore and is a Certified Public Account.
He has comprehensive experience in all aspects of corporate IT and financial management,
acquisitions, business consulting, start-up operations and turnaround situations
in both finance and information technology. His versatile background in accounting,
cash follow management, budgeting, financial reporting, and general ledger systems
provide the clients with the highest level of support. Steve looks to use his
proven abilities to help facilitate, all financial activity during this time of
rapid growth for our clients and the McKinley Group. |  Steven
Mitrani, President of J.R. McKinley Associates and Blue Marlin Real Estate
Steve
brings 32 years of Real Estate experience to assist any client, investor or partner
in achieving their Real Estate goals and objectives. Whether he is simply representing
Buyers or Sellers with a conventional transaction or helping guide businesses,
investors or partners through commercial real estate activities. He is uniquely
qualified as a result of the many years spent fully engaged in the real estate
business including brokerage, development, partnering, investing and managing
Real Estate in States including California, Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and Pennsylvania.
In addition, Steve has served on the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the
County of Lancaster Citizens Advisory Board and the Caernarvon Township Planning
Commission both as a Commission member and as Chairman. Steve has spearheaded
numerous Tax Credit Rehabilitation projects in Pennsylvania as well as leading
the way in seeing Lancaster, PA'ss Keystone Opportunity Zone become a reality..

his time as Treasurer of the Realtor Association of York and Adams Counties from
1997-2000, and has been a member of multiple committees over the years, as well
as being a published author in Real Estate Today. He sat on the Board of Directors
for York County Economic Development Corporation from 1999 - 2005, strongly supports
York Arts and York Strand-Capital Performing Arts, and is a member of the Rotary,
York County Chamber of Commerce, York County Builders Association, and Young Menšs

Lowe, President of J.R. McKinley Construction
Todd, born and raised in
York County, holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a MBA from Duquesne University,
where he graduated with honors. Much of his professional career has been spent
in manufacturing. He has held positions ranging from plant manager to chief operating
officer. With a proven track record in running successful businesses, he joined
the McKinley team in 2007 to head the efforts of the construction company. Todd
possesses strong team building skills and truly enjoys working with clients. Combined
with his extensive experience in project management, he has the ability to manage
projects and teams of staff members on jobs ranging from large commercial build
outs/retrofits to small residential projects. Todd's passion to please the client
is demonstrated on a daily basis and this spirit is embedded in his team. Change
orders and project modifications are merely "another chance to please the customer".
He prides himself, and the organization, on customer satisfaction. |  Ben
Weaver, Director of Property Management
Ben originally from Quarryville,
Pennsylvania and holds a Bachelor of Science in Professional Writing from Slippery
Rock University. Ben has been involved in the real estate markets of York and
Adams County since 2003. He entered the residential mortgage business in 2003,
quickly moving into management after graduation from college and a few years as
a foreman for a local construction company. Utilizing management experience form
the mortgage industry as well as intensive work with investors purchasing property
and renovating investment property during his time in the construction industry
Ben is a valuable asset to the property management division. With extensive professional
experience dealing with individuals, businesses and the community, Benšs main
asset is in customer service. |
